Job Description
Job/Title: Product Manager – 1 person
Direct reference: Managing Director, PalletBiz Poland Sp. Z o.o. (MD PB-PL)
Support-office (s): Kalisz & Global Sourcing & Sales


Competencies/Capabilities:

Basic Competencies/Experience:

o Polish and English – written and spoken languages. Other languages (e.g. German or Slavic) would be an advantage, but not a requirement.
o Higher relevant education in Business Administration field, Engineering or Supply Chain.
o Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics, Purchasing/Sourcing, or Production.
o Good IT-user (min.: Microsoft Office software systems), reading & changing of 2D technical drawing, understanding of component list of products

Capabilities:
Highly structured and good with human interaction and relationship building
Experience in developing, implementing and managing supplier relations
Experience with product & market development

Personal characteristics:
Open, extrovert and self-driven
Proactive approach to business development
Loyal and thinking “Win/Win”
Good analytical abilities and commercial thinking
Engaged and engaging!
